Harry Gibbs, CCIM
Harry has been involved in real estate in Central Texas for over 40 years. He has been a licensed real estate broker in Texas since 1980, and earned his CCIM designation in 1996. He has a vast range of experience in commercial and investment real estate, including working as the lead broker and with others to sell and lease over 70 office condos in Round Rock and Cedar Park. TX Harry has also been involved with the leasing and sales of retail and industrial buildings, development land tracts, apartment complexes, and hotels.
Harry is a strong supporter of private property rights. He has helped shaped property right policies during his tenure on the Georgetown Planning and Zoning Commission and on the Board of Directors for the Williamson Central Appraisal District. He has taken on roles with Texas REALTORS®, including past Chairman of the Commercial Committee and past Public Policy Chair, among countless other roles.
Harry graduated with a BBA from the University of Texas. He has a degree in Real Estate Urban Land Development, and a degree in Finance.
When he isn't working specifically on commercial real estate, Harry serves as an instructor for several Texas REALTORS® training programs. He enjoys spending time with his family, and enjoys taking in area sporting events.

Christopher Aldridge, CCIM
Christopher has been a licensed real estate agent in Texas since 2014. His sales and leasing experience has been across all areas of commercial real estate. Chris has represented both buyers and sellers in commercial sales involving industrial warehouses, office buildings, commercial land development sites, and office condominiums.
Chris has been involved first-hand in every aspect of the commercial real estate ownership cycle (pre-purchase, due diligence, purchase, ownership, development, marketing, and sale). These experiences give him a unique insight into helping prospective buyers and sellers overcome concerns and make strategic decisions.
Chris served on the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams Georgetown in 2016 & 2017 and earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2018. Chris is a strong supporter of individual and private property rights.
When he isn't working with real estate, Chris enjoys boating and spending time on the family farm in North Texas. He is also a glider pilot.

Paul Glum
Paul is the newest member of the Centex Commercial Team. Though new to Commercial Real Estate, the experience garnered from a successful 32 year career as an owner of an Institutional Foodservice Brokerage will serve the team well. Working very closely over the years with manufacturers, distributors and restauranteurs has provided Paul with a keen insight into the commercial building needs of those classifications of trade.
For Paul family comes first, especially as the number of grandchildren continues to increase! Any spare time is spent at the family's ranchette tending to their little herd of Dexter cows.
