Meet Our Team
Harry Gibbs, CCIM
Harry has been involved in real estate in Central Texas for over 40 years. He has been a licensed real estate broker in Texas since 1980, and earned his CCIM designation in 1996. He has a vast range of experience in commercial and investment real estate, including working as the lead broker and with others to sell and lease over 70 office condos in Round Rock and Cedar Park. TX Harry has also been involved with the leasing and sales of retail and industrial buildings, development land tracts, apartment complexes, and hotels.
Harry is a strong supporter of private property rights. He has helped shaped property right policies during his tenure on the Georgetown Planning and Zoning Commission and on the Board of Directors for the Williamson Central Appraisal District. He has taken on roles with Texas REALTORS®, including past Chairman of the Commercial Committee and past Public Policy Chair, among countless other roles.
Harry graduated with a BBA from the University of Texas. He has a degree in Real Estate Urban Land Development, and a degree in Finance.
When he isn't working specifically on commercial real estate, Harry serves as an instructor for several Texas REALTORS® training programs. He enjoys spending time with his family, and enjoys taking in area sporting events.
Christopher has been a licensed real estate agent in Texas since 2014. His sales and leasing experience has been across all areas of commercial real estate. Chris has represented both buyers and sellers in commercial sales involving industrial warehouses, office buildings, commercial land development sites, and office condominiums.
Chris has been involved first-hand in every aspect of the commercial real estate ownership cycle (pre-purchase, due dilligence, purchase, ownership, development, marketing, and sale). These experiences give him a unique insight into helping prospective buyers and sellers overcome conderns and make strategic decisions.
Chris served on the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams Georgetown in 2016 & 2017 and earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2018. Chris is a strong supporter of individual and private property rights.
When he isn't working with real estate, Chris enjoys boating and spending time on the family farm in North Texas. He is also a glider pilot.
Jed has been involved in commercial real estate in Central Texas since 2015. In the past 5 years, he has focused exclusively on commercial real estate, and has been involved in representing parties on all sides of a transaction: Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants. Jed is also currently serving on the Texas REALTORS® Commercial Committee (2020-2021).
Prior to moving to Central Texas, Jed owned and managed several coffee shops and a coffee-roasting operation in Kailua-Kona, Hawai’i for 5 years. He grew up on a family farm/ranch in Montana, and has lived in Idaho, New Hampshire, Hawai’i, Texas and Queensland, Australia. Jed earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Production/Operations Management from the University of Idaho College of Business & Economics in 2007.
In his spare time, Jed helps small business owners with marketing, branding, and business development. He enjoys web development, photography, and playing with his dog Kona (Rhodesian Ridgeback).
